    Awful news from Australia, with two jockeys killed. Both girls with everything in front of them.? Puts things in perspective and that winners are not that important. These girls race for our enjoyment and paid the ultimate price. Very sad couple of days. Rip girls

    People put their lives at risk everytime they get on a horse, and yet people are in uproar about hitting a horse with an air cushioned whip. The only people who should decide if a whip is needed are the jockeys.

    Sad news, condolences to their families and friends. Horse riding can be a dangerous sport or pastime, but the adrenalin rush whilst riding is second to none, so I can fully understand why people get into the racing game. The bond between horse and human can also be something very special which I know from experience. R.I.P girls.
