    This will fail completely. It does not address slot machines in pub/clubs/bingos/arcades etc. It does not stop people going into multiple betting shops. It does not stop people having multiple online accounts. I said years ago this is driven by prod nosed prohibitionists who hat people having fun. First they came for the smokers. The only thing this will do is drive problem gamblers into offshore sites and ruin the day for everyone else.
