Wouldn't normaly rate a handicap this size, but what the L it's sunday.
Quick rundown.
psp paper price,rtf run to form,rpr racing post rating, raw my rating minus the prob and val
bf1 and bf2 odds at 09;30 and 11:30,
prob in theory if the race was run 100 times thehorse would win it the prob figure,
val, figure taken from 11 bits of data to make my tissue.
