BEST of the BETS

2:00 Leopardstown - KEEPER OF TIME, 100/1 and finished 9th/18 (beaten 8 lengths) on debut in a strong maiden at the Curragh. That wasn’t a bad run coming from a stable not known for its 2 year olds. Interesting that she is put straight into a Listed race. I am not expecting her to win but I think she could run well with the extra furlong likely to suit, small each way @ 28/1 (has been backed from 125/1) and 5 places @ 20/1.

3:25 Fontwell - CHESTERFIELD, 4th of 5 on only previous run here but that was in the Grade 2 National Spirit. Only 1 from 7 over fences but has a chance now that he has been dropped another 2 lbs after a good run at Cartmel (3rd/11) last month. Small e/w @ 7/1 (2 places), 6/1 available for 3 places (Bet365)

7:15 Musselburgh - DESTINATION AIM is 13 year old, but has a good record here. Last win was over 3 years ago over this c&d from 12 lbs higher mark, has run ok in 2 runs here since then including 4th on the reappearance here 2 runs ago. Small each way @ 10/1.
