After reading an article about an american guy's method for whittling down t
he field, i thought i would put it into practice.
Basically the horse gets a rating then they are ranked, the highest rated
being the lowest ranked.
I've given each 13 (unlucky) ratings, so 13 would be the best best ranked
horse.
