Runs off 6lbs higher today (86), has won off 83.
Has won on Soft ground. Tim Easterby stable going well, 4 winners on Tuesday.

FRAMLEY GARTH 5:15 York @ 10/1
Won this race last year off 72 and nearly followed up over C&D 2 weeks later, beaten a nose off 79.
Back off mark of 74 today.
Has won a couple of times on Soft ground.
Slight negative, is now with a new and relatively unexperienced stable, Liam Bailey, who has only had one winner so far.

SHIP OF THE FEN 7:10 Goodwood @ 2/1
3rd in this race last year, beaten just over a length after being slowly away. That was off a mark of 86. Goes off 87 today.
lightly raced 4 year old. Won very well off 82 on latest start.

WAITAKI 7:15 Fairyhouse @ 20/1
Won this race last year off a mark of 60. Goes off 61 today, but with a 10lb claimer onboard.
Has a decent enough record at the course - 2/18, 8/18, 1/15, 5/7.
Hard to catch this one though, has had 25 fruitless runs since the win in this last year!

SCHOOLBOY ERROR 7:50 Fairyhouse @ 10/1
Won a C&D race on the same card last year, as 7/4 favourite, off a mark of 63. Runs off 67 today, but mark is dropping back down, as has been up as high as 76 since that win last year.

MATCH MY FIRE 8:20 Fairyhouse @ 33/1
2nd in this race last year, at 33/1, beaten a head by the horse above (Schoolboy Error). That run was off a mark of 56, goes today off 3lbs less, on a mark of 53. Has won off as high as 58 in the meantime.
Stable are going well at the moment, and stick on first time Cheekpieces and tongue tie today.
Too tempting a price not to have a play on this one tonight!
