Now, because we do not have a tiebreaker, can I suggest that the three players in second ganners, horses4courses and Ribot do a play off for the second prize of £25 or I can split it between the three ways call it £10 each.

If you would like a play off lets choose the meeting at
Ascot tomorrow
select three races each from any on the card and make a winning selection in each.
The player with the most winning selections wins and in the event of a further tie the winner will be chosen by the next best with placed horse down the fields in the three races.

All prizes have now been sent out – congratulations to all the winners, and thanks to everyone who took part!

I massively underestimated how much work was involved in scoring every game, especially with the different kick-off times and time zones.

All I can say is thank goodness for the Mexicans! They seemed to be the team I judged best from the opening game and probably saved my competition!

I can't say it was the most thrilling World Cup overall. It felt a bit of an anti-climax in the end, but I hope everyone enjoyed the competition and I'll hopefully be back with another one soon.
