The card payment attempts to PayPal were attempted as recurring transactions, however,
these were denied as it is not possible to set up a recurring card payment using a
Top-Up Debit Card.
You will need PayPal to attempt to process the payments as a 'One-off purchase' transaction
instead of a 'recurring transaction'.
