Maybe a bit of a daft question, but one I’ve always wanted to ask…
I follow James Fanshawe a lot, but notice he’ll often send the odd one up to the North-East. For example yesterday he sent one horse to Redcar for its debut run, that’s about 250 miles away?
Why?
Surely there were similar races closer to home? I
Does he have some other stable in the area or something?
All that said: it came 3rd and wasn’t far off, so maybe that was the idea? (Not the the prize money would have covered the petrol)
i think the Owner has the say at times, especially if theres a syndicate etc they wont travel all way from Newmarket too Haydock. when they all live down south.
just sayin  id like know too m8.
