PROSECUTION (5/2) and Rippling Waters are joint top rated on 73, but former’s handicap form looks stronger. Selection does come with a warning though as he is a 17 race maiden and has finished 2nd 8 times and is also dropping back in distance, but I think he should find this easier than the handicaps he has been running in and hopefully win a weak maiden like this. Owners of Rippling Waters have leased Prosecution for the day so they have both market leaders running in their colours, which complicates things a bit more. Booking of Shane Foley is a positive though, as he along with Colin Keane (rides Lady Nathaniel) is among the top jockeys around here. Only a small win bet on Prosecution @ 5/2.
