Well done with Delilah Park D.D, I didn't realise you had posted this,I also backed it this afternoon but only had a quid, I would have probably had more if I had seen this.
Done a bit of analysis on the new system longshots which I've posted over the last 3 days. There have been 24 bets (might look like more, but it is only 24). They have produced 4 winners, at (bog) 33/1, 25/1, 16/1, 11/1. I note that I only did Betfred's mostly crap non-bog prices because I either did them the night before (Betfraud only do bog in the morning, or up to a certain time in the afternoon) or I did them (first day) in a Lucky, which is always non-bog online with them. The non-bog prices I got were respectively 25/1, 25/1, 12/1, 9/1 (got the L31 boost of 4xprice on the last one though).
There were also 3 placers at (bog) 22/1, 16/1, 16/1. Betfred non-bog taken was 22/1, 10/1, 10/1.
What a swizz, you may say. However, the Betfred non-bog did give me a 9 point advantage with one price, Exceeding Power, got 25s and SP 16/1. If I'd taken the morning bog price I don't think it'd have been 25s.
Anyhow, on win singles only those 4 win bets delivered overall profit of 36 points (not counting the Lucky31 price boost for a single winner). Very interestingly, doing e/w added 7 to the profit, even at Betfred non-bog! It gives an extra 7 points, so +43 overall.
However, looking at it another way, doing 2 pts win on each selection instead of 1 pt e/w gives a return of 150 pts on outlay of 48, profit 102 pts. Again, that's Betfraud non-bog.
However, I'd rather do e/w singles. Still good profit, safer, and avoids being annoyed when you miss out on a longshot placer.
I don't think, now, that it's worth doing e/w multiples. Not enough placers. I was probably lucky to sneak a small profit on them today. Very small stakes win doubles and trebles on not more than 7 selections at a time are probably the way to go. Winners can bunch up, and if you catch a treble the return will be big.
But the main thing is e/w singles. I reckon the way to do it is 1% of a rolling bank, adjusted at end of each day, but never betting less than that original 1%. So if you had a bank of £200 you'd bet £1 e/w minimum on each selection. Suggest win multiples would be not more than 10p. Even a 5p win treble should pay a minimum £60, and that's if the 3 wins were all only 10/1.
All selections 0.5pt e/w. First bunch is 7 selections, also covered in win doubles and trebles at 1/10th full point singles unit stakes. Same applies to the second bunch, which is 6 selections:

Thanks finley. First bunch of 7 finished with Flashjack just done on the line, a slightly gutting 2nd at 11/1. Onto the last batch of 6. Good luck to us both.
Arbourfield was a close second,11/1 bog. Not as close as Flashjack. Ended up with just 3 placers from 13. Profits took a knock. Fair to say that the jury's still out on this selection method, but worth plugging on.
