BEST of the BETS

Couple of course specialists in here, Ashpan Sam (3 of his 9 wins are over this c&d) and Highland Acclaim (4 of his 7 wins over this c&d), both good chances but I prefer HIGHLAND ACCLAIM (4/1) of the two as he has a better strike rate having been beaten just once over this c&d, and he also won this race last year from a 2 lbs higher mark. He was beaten on last visit here but that was over 7f, poor effort last time shouldn’t be a worry as his form coming into the race last year was similar having been beaten 20 lengths on previous run. Trainer has a perfect record in this race so far, having won it for last 2 years, here’s hoping he can make it 3 from 3.
