    Apologies for my absence doing some work around the home and simply picked something up and ended up with sciatica! (not as young or as nimble as I once was) Due to this ive been forced to lay up and couldn't face anything haven't had a horse racing bet since then until now.

    Still have the pain but at least I can now sit in a chair slightly easier.

    Will kick this all of again today and see how we do.
