    I'm going to get my teeth into Fang in this race. His recent form is woeful but at his peak he was rated 82 (runs off 60 now). What catches my eye is the booking of Spencer who has a 22% strike rate for trainer. His last 5 rides for W Jarvis have resulted in 5 losers so I'd say he's due to ride a winner this time! Logic? No? At 12/1 I'll follow that logic. One further piece of info that supports my selection is the last time Spencer rode this horse , it won.
