BEST of the BETS

Only a small bet as it’s a poor race, but it looks interesting that Kemmeridge Bay is only 7/1 as she has started at big prices on all 8 of her previous runs. Although she is yet to place, her 4th in a nursery at Newcastle in November doesn’t look bad as the 3rd and 5th won next time. Well beaten last time but doesn’t seem to stay 6 furlongs so drop back to 5 should suit. Despite this being a poor race it still looks hard with 6 previous c&d in there so not confident but I think she can go well getting weight from older horses. Compton River looks best of the older horses to me.
