The fav Glory of Paris went well over cd last time and is due a rise in the weights in future so is theoreticallly well in, is also Hugh’s sole selection today. I’m just not convinced it stays the mile, it’s not bred to stay and it was a bit of a muddling pace last time.
Cuttin Edge was class 4 at two, missed three and was gelded. Patience paid off last time in class 6 and there should be more to come. It’s a slight rise in grade tonight but only from 0-65 to 0-70 and Cuttin Edge is probably Class 4 or better. Cuttin Edge is very well bred, a Rip Van Winkle half brother to Sire Washington DC. Nice draw.
