The obvious choice here is the ex O'Brien trained Cenotaph who is unbeated since joining J. Noseda. However, I am going against the favourite with Breathless Times who showed improved form following a wind op with an impressive display when winning last time at Chelmsford. Breathless Times showed a nice turn of foot that day hal a furlong out and won comfortably at the line. The selection ran well here in December 2017 when runner up on racecourse debut so the course and trip will be no inconvenience. Probably needs to improve 2-3lb to beat the favourite but is very capable of doing so. Good luck if playing!
The fav hacked up lto, and indeed in all 3 Chelmsford wins, but the switch to Kempton does give you doubts about lumping on. He easily beat Mazzini over 7f but Im not sure that horse gave his best and Im tempted to back him at 10/1 to small stakes. Beathless times isnt out of it either.
