Thy didnt go quick early. The tactics on CDO were to hold him up, but that only works if the pace is strong. In hindsight he might have done a lot better sitting just behind the leader.

The big 4 won 19/28 (68%) and Nicholls only got 1..

Its stating the obvious but if you want to find Festival winners next year then you know where to look during the season.

Mullins could end up with 6 here, 2 fancied horses in 4.10 and 5.30 really shortening up with acca liabilities etc.

Its great when you get a proper finish with all the main contenders battling out. Great spectacle.

Cant see the problem with it. There will be more people visiting a supermarket than the racecourse. Life has to go on, you cant shut everything down.

Good trainer/jockey combo here, will get a strong pace to run at and should be staying on strongly at the finish. Only issue is will he get too far behind but then he is 12/1 and not 3/1.
