You must have been taking 'em to the cleaners then butty - i've been with 'em since January 2022 (due to Ladbrokes restricting my bets and stopping all free bets) and although i don't bet big (and i didn't with Laddies either) i do bet every day and i havent had to put money in the account since i don't know when so i cant fault 'em
